Will you deploy my (CAR) file from the Coldfusion Administrator?

We will not deploy it that way, as that is a default method that wouldn't benefit you. Instead, please follow the directions at http://www.macromedia.com/desdev/mx/blueprint/cf_win_install.html#three
and unzip the files to your local machine, then FTP the files to the specific folder within your site that you want to use. Then let us know when you've done this and the Coldfusion MX Data Source Name you want setup along with the name and location of the database.
