CF Shopkart Support
You can get free support in the forum. I try to answer as many questions as I can when I visit the forum. I also tend to post information and updates about CF Shopkart there as well as in the blog. There are some people, including me, that show up in the forums regularly to answer questions. I read bug reports that are posted there, so if you find something that doesn't work quite right and you fix it, please post it in the forum. Click here to open the forum in a seperate window
I am putting together a growing list of instructional videos that show you how to use some of the features built into CF Shopkart.
Work on documentation is currently in progress. You can read the current documentation available. If you have any questions though, please post them in the forum.
I will only be providing support to people who host through me. If you get your hosting, you will have to rely on the community. I am way to busy with projects and my own hosted clients to be providing support to people who do not want to contribute to the project financially or through the contribution of code. I don't mean to come across and cold here, but unfortunately there is not enough time in the day to provide support to everyone though I try my best to help as many people as I can!
Note: CF Shopkart is on Twitter but lately I've barely had time to tweat. I will be updating this page with info on how you can connect to me on Twitter when I have some things out of the way and can have more time to dedicate myself to the CF Shopkart project.
